Realme GT 7 Series Global Launch with Dimensity chipsets

Realme has launched the Realme GT 7 series globally, including India. The GT 7 series comes with mainly two variants- GT 7 and GT 7T. Both devices come equipped with MediaTek Dimensity processors, large AMOLED displays, massive 7,000mAh batteries, and ultra-fast 120W charging support. Realme also launched a special Dream Edition of the GT 7, created in partnership with the Aston Martin Formula One Team.

Display and Build

The Realme GT 7 sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution (2780×1264 pixels), 360Hz touch sampling rate, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive peak brightness of up to 6000 nits. It also supports 2600Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and DC dimming and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. The GT 7T features a nearly identical 6.80-inch AMOLED display with the exact 1.5K resolution, peak brightness, and ultra-thin bezels for a more immersive viewing experience.

Performance & OS

The Realme GT 7 runs on MediaTek’s latest 4nm Dimensity 9400e chipset paired with the Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU. It boasts an impressive AnTuTu score exceeding 2.4 million. It features IceSense Graphene cooling with a large 7700mm² vapor chamber for efficient thermal management. The GT 7T, on the other hand, is powered by the Dimensity 8400-MAX SoC, reaching speeds up to 3.25GHz, and includes the same advanced cooling system.

Both devices have LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring fast performance and quick data access.

They come preloaded with Android 15 along with Realme UI 6.0, and Realme guarantees 4 major Android updates and 6 years of security patches for long-term support.

Camera

Regarding cameras, the Realme GT 7 features a triple rear setup, including a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP 2x telephoto lens. On the front, it houses a 32MP selfie camera. The device supports 4K video recording at 60fps with Dolby Vision and AI-powered features like glare removal, landscape enhancement, and even underwater photography.

Meanwhile, the GT 7T has a 50MP Sony IMX896 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and the same 32MP front-facing camera.

Battery and Other Features

Both the Realme GT 7 and GT 7T pack a 7000mAh battery. They support 120W SuperVOOC fast charging. Realme says they charge from 0 to 50% in just 14–15 minutes. A full charge takes only 40 minutes. Both phones support bypass charging to reduce heat while gaming.

They include an in-display fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster. You also get stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.4. Both models are IP66, IP68, and IP69 certified. They can resist dust, water immersion, and high-pressure water.

Realme GT 7 Dream Edition with special features

Realme has launched a special GT 7 Dream Edition, made in partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. It features the iconic Aston Martin Racing Green color, sleek aerodynamic lines, and a Silver Wings emblem engraved on the back. The phone comes in a collector’s box with a matching Silver Wing case and a racecar-inspired SIM ejector tool. It’s built for users who want high performance with a touch of luxury.

The GT 7T also carries a racing-inspired design and offers vegan leather finish options.

Realme GT 7 Series Pricing and Availability

Both smartphones will be released on May 30 and can be purchased through Amazon, realme.com, and physical stores. The Dream Edition will become available starting June 13. Pre-orders begin on May 27, with launch promotions offering screen protection, interest-free EMI options, and discounts up to Rs. 6,000 or €100, depending on the location.
